Almond Coconut Milk Shake
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut meat (either from a young Thai coconut or organic shredded dried coconut flakes and an additional ½ cup water)
  • 1 Tbl. almond butter
  • 2 dates (soaked in warm water for 20 min) or 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp.vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1-2 Tbls. ground flaxseed
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
