Almond Coconut Milk Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup coconut meat (either from a young Thai coconut or organic shredded dried coconut flakes and an additional ½ cup water)
- 1 Tbl. almond butter
- 2 dates (soaked in warm water for 20 min) or 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp.vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1-2 Tbls. ground flaxseed
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
