Bryn's Four Bean Salad

Use whatever beans are in your cupboard for this one!
Ingredients
- 1 can rinsed red kidney beans, salt free/rinsed
- 1 can rinsed black beans, salt free/rinsed
- 1 can rinsed chickpeas, salt free/rinsed
- 1 cup green beans, lightly steamed and cooled
- 1 medium red onion, diced small
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- (1 red pepper, diced small)
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped finely
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar - Bragg's
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon or lime juice
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and drain beans.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
