COFFEE GRANITA

Ingredients
- ½ cup non dairy milk (rice, almond, hemp, coconut)
- 2 tablespoons carob powder or Cacao (raw chocolate - watch the caffeine!)
- 1 tablespoon maca powder (this is incredibly energizing and has a wonderful rich flavor)
- 1 teaspoon lucuma powder (slightly sweet taste)
- 1 teaspoon mesquite powder (optional but highly recommended)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of stevia (powder) or a tsp of maple
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until you have a coffee-like “slushie.”
