Dill Mustard Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  1. Combine mustard, maple and vinegar in a small bowl. Whisk in oil and stir in dill. Refrigerate until ready to use.
