Green Superwoman Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 Tbl. cacao powder
  • 1 Tbl. almond butter
  • 1 Tbl. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. Spirulina
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3-6 ice cubes
  • Vanilla (or other protein powder)
  • Optional: 1 Tbl. ground flaxseed
Instructions
  1. Blend for 30 seconds or until creamy.
  2. Bryn’s note: Although many people like spirulina in a shake, I prefer to take them as tablets on the side!
