Bryn's Four Bean Salad

Use whatever beans are in your cupboard for this one!
Ingredients
  • 1 can rinsed red kidney beans, salt free/rinsed
  • 1 can rinsed black beans, salt free/rinsed
  • 1 can rinsed chickpeas, salt free/rinsed
  • 1 cup green beans, lightly steamed and cooled
  • 1 medium red onion, diced small
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • (1 red pepper, diced small)
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped finely
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar - Bragg's
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon or lime juice
  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain beans.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
