Raspberry Carob Shake

Ingredients
  • • 2 cups almond milk (fresh or store-bought)
  • • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • • 1 Tbl. carob powder
  • • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • • ¼ tsp. nutmeg (freshly grated is the best, but you can use the already ground powder too)
  • • 1 tsp. coconut nectar
  • • Pinch of sea salt
