PAPAYA CILANTRO SMOOTHIE
Serves: 1-2
 
Ingredients
  • • 1 cup rice/nut/seed milk
  • • 1 cup coconut water
  • • 1 cup papaya (fresh), peeled and diced
  • • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves (or mint in the summer!)
  • • ½ cup fresh or frozen mango or peaches
  • • 3 dates or 1 tsp. coconut nectar
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Cilantro is known to have detoxifying effects and draws heavy metals out of the body, so only drink this once your body is efficiently eliminating!
  3. Avoid mint if you have reflux.
