Everyday Vegetable Broth
A wonderful broth to make often during the cleanse. It is loaded with minerals and provides a wonderful "hot tea" in the afternoon.
  • 10 Cups filtered water
  • 4 Cups mixed vegetables (organic if possible) Use a variety that can include 4 or more of the following: shitake mushrooms, burdock root, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, sea vegetables, dark leafy greens, daikon and daikon leaf, turnips, rutabagas, and other root vegetables.
  1. Chop vegetables.
  2. Bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer for 1 - 2 hours
  3. Cool, strain.
  4. Drink up to 3-4 Cups a day
  5. Makes approximately 8 Cups or 2 Quarts
