Make breakfast the night before - an easy routine to get into.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of oats, amaranth, or steel cut oats
- 1 T Hemp hearts
- 1 T Chia
- 1 cup of nut milk
- 1 T nut butter - like almond
- Optional additions: ground flax seed, cinnamon, cardamom
Instructions
- Mix together the night before in a ball jar or other glass container.
- Refrigerate (optional). Take it out 1st thing in the morning to warm it up.
- Eat slowly - chew it well!
