ROASTED CHICKPEAS

Ingredients
- 1½ cups or 1 can chickpeas
- Possible spice combos:
- Fresh parsley + cumin + sea salt
- Coconut nectar + nutritional yeast + sea salt
- Dill + nutritional yeast + thyme
- Paprika + nutritional yeast + sea salt
- Or any combo of your favorite spices!
Instructions
- Towel dry a can of chickpeas, put on baking sheet in 400°F oven, roast about 30 minutes until brown and crispy. Mix spices and olive oil in a bowl. Toss hot chickpeas in olive oil and spice mixture. So tasty!
