Roasted Chickpeas

ROASTED CHICKPEAS

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups or 1 can chickpeas
  • Possible spice combos:
  • Fresh parsley + cumin + sea salt
  • Coconut nectar + nutritional yeast + sea salt
  • Dill + nutritional yeast + thyme
  • Paprika + nutritional yeast + sea salt
  • Or any combo of your favorite spices!
Instructions
  1. Towel dry a can of chickpeas, put on baking sheet in 400°F oven, roast about 30 minutes until brown and crispy. Mix spices and olive oil in a bowl. Toss hot chickpeas in olive oil and spice mixture. So tasty!
