Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup nut/rice/hemp seed milk of your choice (either homemade with ½ cup nuts and 1½-2 cups water, or unsweetened from the health food store)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries (optional)
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Vanilla Rice Powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
