Coconut Milk

A delicious treat! Can be added to smoothies or enjoyed as an afternoon treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried unsweetened coconut
- 4 cups warm water
- Experiment with coconut and almond (or other nut) combo. Make the same way.
- Add a little vanilla powder or a spice like cardamom for flavor.
Instructions
- Soak the coconut in water for 15-30 minutes
- Blend for 2-3 minutes!
- Strain. (Nut milk strainers work well.)
