COCONUT CHAI SHAKE

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or ¼ cup canned coconut milk and ¾ cup water)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of allspice
  • 2 Tbls. almond or cashew butter
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Optional: 1 Tbl. ground flaxseed
Instructions
  1. Blend until smooth and creamy.
