Honeydew Green Energy Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and sliced
  • 3 cups raw spinach
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed [about ½ a medium sized melon]
  • 1 cup organic green tea (or water)
  • or ¼ tsp. matcha (green tea powder) and water
  • 1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice (if warm out)
  • Optional: ½ inch fresh ginger root
Instructions
  1. Use water instead of green tea or matcha if you don't want the caffeine.
  2. Blend and Enjoy!
