GINGER PEACH SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe peach, halved and pit removed
  • ½ inch piece ginger, grated
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes (or water if peaches are frozen)
  • Optional: Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder
  • and 1 Tbsp ground Flaxseed
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
