Berry Protein Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup nut/rice/hemp seed milk of your choice (either homemade with ½ cup nuts and 1½-2 cups water, or unsweetened from the health food store)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries (optional)
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Vanilla Rice Powder
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
