Green-Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup parsley
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbl. coconut oil or ¼ avocado
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar
  • A few ice cubes to make it slightly cool
  • 1 Tbsp. ground ground flax seed
Instructions
  1. Place cucumber, parsley and coconut water in a blender and process on high until liquid.
  2. Add pineapple, coconut oil and ice and blend until smooth.
