Pineapple Blackberry Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • • ½ cup blackberries or blueberries
  • • 1 cup of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • • Water (just enough to blend- it's best thick and creamy)
  • • Optional: Rice Protein powder
  • • ¼ c canned coconut milk
  • • 1-2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
