Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. red onion (or to taste!) - chopped fine
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • Fresh cilantro - chopped
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt
Instructions
  1. Smash ingredients with a large fork.
  2. Store in airtight container. (Fill as close to top as possible or cover with thin layer of plastic wrap.)
