COFFEE GRANITA

Ingredients
  • ½ cup non dairy milk (rice, almond, hemp, coconut)
  • 2 tablespoons carob powder or Cacao (raw chocolate - watch the caffeine!)
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder (this is incredibly energizing and has a wonderful rich flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder (slightly sweet taste)
  • 1 teaspoon mesquite powder (optional but highly recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of stevia (powder) or a tsp of maple
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until you have a coffee-like “slushie.”
