Energy Smoothie with Almond Butter and Cardamom

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 cardamom pods or 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1½ cups pure water
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ 1 packet Stevia or 1 tsp maple
  • ½ cup water
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Note: Tahini or cashew butter can be substituted for the almond butter.
