Seventh Heaven Soup

An absolute winner! Easy to prepare with a rich deep flavor. Note: it does include tomato so you'll want to enjoy this in the early or late phases (Days 1-5 and 24-28)
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup freshly ground sesame seed or 4 tablespoons raw tahini
  • ½ cucumber, with peel
  • 1 red pepper, cored and seeded
  • 1 medium tomato
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • 3 whole cloves garlic, peeled
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped and loosely packed
  • 2 heaping tablespoons unpasteurized miso
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 4 tablespoons favorite cold-pressed oil (ex: garlic-chili flax seed or extra-virgin olive oil)
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste (optional)
  • Celtic sea salt and fresh pepper, to taste
  • 1 heaping Tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2½ cups water
Instructions
  1. Grind the sesame seed to a moist meal in your grinder; it only takes a few seconds.
  2. Cut all vegetables into chunks and put all ingredients together in the blender and blend together. Depending on your blender, you may need to shred the harder vegetables, or blend in 2 batches if the vessel is smaller.
  3. Store sealed in the refrigerator for upt to 36 hours.
