Make breakfast the night before - an easy routine to get into.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup of oats, amaranth, or steel cut oats
  • 1 T Hemp hearts
  • 1 T Chia
  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • 1 T nut butter - like almond
  • Optional additions: ground flax seed, cinnamon, cardamom
Instructions
  1. Mix together the night before in a ball jar or other glass container.
  2. Refrigerate (optional). Take it out 1st thing in the morning to warm it up.
  3. Eat slowly - chew it well!
