Hemp Heart Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 cup hemp hearts
  • 3-4 cups of pure water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 3 medjool dates (pits removed, I like to soak them in hot water for 20-30 minutes, though not essential)
  • 1 tsp vanilla or other natural flavor
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to blender.
  2. Start on slower speed for 10 seconds, then run on high for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour into ball jar and refrigerate. Good for 2-3 days. Heat as desired.
  4. Drink slowly - this is a high protein and high Omega-3 beverage, so it is also rich in healthy fats.
