PAPAYA CILANTRO SMOOTHIE
- • 1 cup rice/nut/seed milk
- • 1 cup coconut water
- • 1 cup papaya (fresh), peeled and diced
- • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves (or mint in the summer!)
- • ½ cup fresh or frozen mango or peaches
- • 3 dates or 1 tsp. coconut nectar
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Cilantro is known to have detoxifying effects and draws heavy metals out of the body, so only drink this once your body is efficiently eliminating!
- Avoid mint if you have reflux.
