Beet-u-tiful Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed fresh or frozen berries (if fresh, add a few ice cubes)
  • 2 kale leaves, pulled from stem
  • ½ medium cucumber, peeled and cut in chunks
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 cup vanilla almond or hemp milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp maple or coconut nectar
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
