LIGHT AND EASY GREEN SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces water
  • 2 giant handfuls of spinach, or other dark greens like kale
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • ΒΌ cup pineapple
  • Optional: 1 Tbl. ground flaxseed
Instructions
  1. Light and detoxifying. Blend until smooth.
