Energy Smoothie with Almond Butter and Cardamom

Ingredients
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 cardamom pods or 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1½ cups pure water
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- ½ 1 packet Stevia or 1 tsp maple
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Note: Tahini or cashew butter can be substituted for the almond butter.
