GINGER PEACH SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach, halved and pit removed
- ½ inch piece ginger, grated
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup ice cubes (or water if peaches are frozen)
- Optional: Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder
- and 1 Tbsp ground Flaxseed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
