Honeydew Green Energy Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, seeded and sliced
- 3 cups raw spinach
- 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed [about ½ a medium sized melon]
- 1 cup organic green tea (or water)
- or ¼ tsp. matcha (green tea powder) and water
- 1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
- ½ cup ice (if warm out)
- Optional: ½ inch fresh ginger root
Instructions
- Use water instead of green tea or matcha if you don't want the caffeine.
- Blend and Enjoy!
