Green-Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup parsley
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbl. coconut oil or ¼ avocado
- 1 tsp coconut nectar
- A few ice cubes to make it slightly cool
- 1 Tbsp. ground ground flax seed
Instructions
- Place cucumber, parsley and coconut water in a blender and process on high until liquid.
- Add pineapple, coconut oil and ice and blend until smooth.
