Kale Chips

Recipe type: Snack
Can be eaten as a chip or used as a topping mixed with ground sesame on rice.
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tbl. olive oil
  • 1 Tbl. nutritional yeast
  • Sea salt, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Rinse and dry the kale, then remove the stems and tough center ribs. Cut or tear into large pieces, toss with olive oil in a bowl then sprinkle with salt and nutritional yeast. Arrange leaves in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Place baking sheet on a rack to cool.
