Ingredients
- 8 ounces water
- 2 giant handfuls of spinach, or other dark greens like kale
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- ¼ cup pineapple
- Optional: 1 Tbl. ground flaxseed
Instructions
- Light and detoxifying. Blend until smooth.
