Pineapple Blackberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- • ½ cup blackberries or blueberries
- • 1 cup of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- • Water (just enough to blend- it's best thick and creamy)
- • Optional: Rice Protein powder
- • ¼ c canned coconut milk
- • 1-2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
Instructions
- Add ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
