Blueberry Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- • 1 cup frozen blueberries
- • 1 small handful of spinach or lacinato kale (washed, stems removed)
- • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or hemp milk (or enough to make it pour-able)
- • 1 Tbl. ground flaxseed
- • Optional: 1 Tbl. almond butter or hemp hearts
Instructions
- Blend until smooth.
